Server Pineapple
Server Pineapple was brought down twice for emergency service today. Each down period was less than 5 minutes.

AOL Email Delivery Problems
It has come to our attention that some Webtiva Hosting servers are experiencing problems delivering email to AOL mail servers. We are currently working with AOL to solve the problem.
(Update 2:11PM) The block is due to our recent server change for server PINEAPPLE. AOL routinely blocks IP addresses that suddenly begin sending/receiving a large quantity of email from any IP address. We are now working with AOL to enable trust between server PINEAPPLE and AOL mail servers. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
(Update 4:34PM) Mail is now being delivered without error to AOL. Continuing to monitor the situation but appears the temp block has been lifted.

AT&T, SBC Global Email Block Listing
Email from Server KIWI is being bounced from some AT&T, SBC Global, Hotmail and Yahoo mail servers. We are in contact with AT&T about the block and requesting removal from their list.
(Update 6:05 PM) Server KIWI's IP has now been removed from the list. It may take some time to propagate through all mail servers affected.

New Server: PINEAPPLE
We have created a new server to replace aging server PAPAYA located in Salt Lake City. Server PINEAPPLE is a new cloud based solution located in the Gnax data center in Atlanta. Clients on PAPAYA have now been moved to PINEAPPLE. In the near future, PAPAYA will be re-spun at another facility for another purpose.
